Hi, my name's Tom and I've been on the wrong planet all my damn life! I'm 52 and have aspergers, two of my children have it too. We live in Wales UK.
Most of all I want to learn what it's like for you, I've been a bit isolated from other aspies and have a lot of questions.[b]

I never knew anything about Asperger's until I was 46.I'd always known there was something
different about me but learning about AS was a revelation and I've been learning ever since,
especially here on WP.

Well thanks for all the replies first of all. I didn't expect any response, I am blown away!
Wrong Planet! Hell, I've lived on the wrong planet all my life, didn't know we had a website.
Yes I have two aspy sons among my six kids, they are nine and twelve. I also have a very wise daughter who from an early age recognised my differences and has always been there to advise and help me, she even found this site.

Thanks all of you for the friendly welcome, loved the quotes and it's almost like coming home.
