hi, anyone here who has been taking med(lexapro) for depression? for awhile and gotten good results?
i ve recently been taking lexapro for depression. ive only been taking it for a few days.

Hi! :) When I first started having problems, I was given a prescription for the drug Lexapro, but our family insurance would not cover it so I am now taking Celexa, the generic form of Lexapro. Em

I took it a looong time ago for bipolar, but had to stop it quickly because I had a horrible allergic reaction to it. I don't really remember if and/or how it affected me, AS-wise... I'll ask my parents what they remember.

My grandmother took it years ago when she went through a brief depression. I don't think she was on it that long as it had such good results she was able to stop taking it after a few months.
