hello everyone! I'm emmelle-cy and I have borderline autism. I have Foetal Valproate Syndrome really, but don't let that bother you! I live in London, england and I'm a clever funny girl! I like reading, writing, doing art and gong on the computer. I have a high IQ like a lot of you also. I'll keep my intro short and sweet for now but you'll proberley hear more from me soon!

Wow. I never heard of FVS before. I adopted a child with Fetal Alchohol syndrome, and if I could go back in time, I wouldn't, but the social worker told me I was getting a "normal" child. I just wanted a girl I could talk to and go to art exhibits with since my autistic daughter never would. Oh well. My oldest son will go to art exhibits with me. Oops, I got off-track.
Welcome! Will you be offended if I ask what the symptoms of FVS are?

Thank you everyone for posting replies! wow you're all a friendly bunch and I'm glad that there is a few british people here too. I'm glad that I've joined this site now.

@lelia- Foetal Valproate Syndrome or Foetal Anti-Convultion Syndrome is caused by an epileptic mother taking Sodium Valproate throughout pregnancy, which my mum is. It's not well known but a lot of medical pros know a bit about it. It's difficult to find out more information about it because it's so little known.
