Hi. After finding out that aspergia was dying I have jumped ship to new aspie worlds. I am new here. I am 37. old isn't it? I have been dx'd in 2003 with Aspergers. I home educate my HFA son. I am in UK. I am going to go have a look around the site now. See you around

Hi everyone, & to Strange Girl,

Strange Girl I'm older than you- I'm 56 in September!

For half a century I didn't know why I'm different from NTs until
my son was born. He's a classic autistic, speechless, and 11 yrs
old. This year I researched his condition and I found too that I'm
HFA/aspergerian. I have the AS-traits and also have a weird sense
of time: I don't care much about the future which is really bad because
I have 4 young kids to feed! In this world we have to work and
aspies are not very good in teamwork.

I'm a musician with hobbies: electronics, computers, & reading.
Are there other older aspies out there on this Planet?

I'm 50, and finally learning how to get along! I have avoided having children because I never felt responsible enough. I am now the perpetual child.
