Hi my name is Danny and I am new to this site. I am 23 and I am from Minnesota. I joined this site because up until recently have I begun to accept having aspergers. I realized it wasnt such a big deal that I am still high functioning and more than capable of living on my own. All my life I have always been the one kid at school that everyone bullied. I am now doing well and have been with a girlfriend for about 3 years now. Anyways I thought id say hi and I hope to make some new friends.

Hi Danny,

Many of us here are high functioning and live on our own, too. How's the weather in Minnesota? I know of a young woman who
works in Minnesota cutting the sugar beets during the warm months... as she graduated from high school a few years ago.
Her dad is a Pediatrician and any dreams she once had of becoming a Lawyer have now been put on hold while "she finds herself."
