How do I send individual messages to members?

Does anyone know how to use the PRIVATE MESSAGE system so you can send messages to members?

You just type in the username's name whenever you want to send a PM and then type a subjec like Hey or Hello or whatever in the subject box. Then type in what you want to say in the content box and hit Send.

In the top right corner of your screen when on the forum there is a button that says "account" click that. then click the messages button. Then click New post, type in the name of the user you want to send it too, and send them a message.
