Chatroom issues we deal with ourselves - we have an operator channel, a place where bans/warnings are documented, and bots that help us (echo messages as I said before, alert us when someone requests operator assistance in channel etc). And most of us barely, if ever, visit the forum.

In my experience, chatroom discussion only ever overflows to here when people have not tried to contact the ops in the first place, and then most of the time we miss it unless another user tells us about it (I was only aware these two new threads existed because another user mentioned it in passing in channel)


So we can just tell people to get back on IRC and PM an op?

The discussion was more along the lines of what the heck do we do with people coming here to complain about the chat room. It seems to happen on a semi regular basis.

Well, I was known as Vigilans in the chat room too :P so its possible. I don't really remember anyone though

At the time it wasn't really, I was working from home and going through some tough s**t, rarely leaving my old place. By "okay times" I mean "had some good/amusing conversations with people"

So we can just tell people to get back on IRC and PM an op? - yes please, this is the best way we can see it. If they dont know who to PM they can PM Bot0 who will broadcast the message to all online ops at the time
