My complaint is pretty much the same complaint I have with all social sites. You have to pick a gender, and it has to be between the two in the traditional binary. I know I'm not the only one with this problem and it sucks having to flip a coin to pick and then deal with a search metric that changes on what you pick. I mean, thank goodness most people on here in the age range I'm looking at pick "any" but I hate picking a "group" I don't fully understand and probably don't belong in.

You're right. You're not the only one who's commented about this. It's already been suggested as a site improvement by several, if not many users, and has been taken into consideration.The current forum software does not have the option built in. Alex is now working on several site updates. You may see what you are looking for in the future.
