At least on my computer it is. I had to set it as -4 hours even though i'm eastern standard [-5 hours] for the times to be right. Maybe i'm wrong >.>

I'm not in america. But didn't they just change their daylight saving dates? Though really you would have noticed it by now. have you got 'automatically update for daylight savings' checked?

GMT -4 is correct for east coast US

The GMT time scale is not effected by daylight saving times, (in Britain) it applies to winter time. In Britain now it is GMT +1

So you should have switched your scale from -5 to -4 when your clockes went forward.

Yes GMT is not DLS

windows shows the time zone not the DLT. You can set it (incorrectly) to accommodate for DLS or use the auto update field. If you have a firewall it may block synchronisation.

So what I'm saying is Britain is not TZ GMT+1 it is GMT+DLS
