Various site problems

1. Access is now blocked for browsers not running javascript (Cloudfare?).
2. Cloudfare seems to be frequently interrupting web access, taking time to "examine browsers".
3. Logging-in and post submission is an issue due to Error 521, web server or host down response.

I've been getting the 2nd a 3rd problems alot the last couple days(they may of been going on before that but I wasn't on WP cuz of a computer problem)
