I would suggest completely chopping off the last several pages and rescuing only the earlier parts in which it would be relatively easy to sort out the wheat from the chaff.
The earlier parts contained some very interesting and informative stuff, including relevant first-hand experience of a tax professional, that I would very much like to see again.
