HELP!: WrongPlanet Site Demographic Survey

So this survey is a ad???

What's your definition of an ad? I periodically put important wrongplanet announcements in the ad space. People who block ads will not receive these announcements and thus will miss out on things. But that's their choice.

The survey is important as it gives me an idea of what the viewer demographic of wrongplanet is. I need at least 200 responses to get statistically meaningful results.

The ads for the survey have something like "congratulations u can take a survey" or something equally corny.

Where is this ad or survey at why don't You make easier and even put on this thread or forum so people can respond more easier in the end. I have not yeat seen it to respond I don't have ad blocker or anything like that and I have not yet seen it just wondering.

You mean the ad space on the left? I see 2 ads there but only from google. I haven't actually configured firefox or my antivirus to block ads it did it automatically and the fact that I see google ads means it obviously doesn't block all of them. Oh well.

So why alex won't You anwer the above?

I've seen it but since it was so dorky, I assumed it was just another ad. The one i clicked on was on top. Do you remember seeing posters from WWII with "Rosie the Riviter" (spelling off)? It has that picture and the words are something like "You can do it! Click now!"

There was another on the side for a while that I ignored. It had a stork and the words "Its a....." then it flashed to a man holding a clipboard "survey." I never clicked on that but I assume it was also Alex's.

I still think it would be better to put it some where else than as a ad. Still have not found it so I guess I won't do it. It would be better if it was put some where You could easly find it I think.

Though now I think I took it but who knows.

OK, I've put a little survey button right above the list of online users. We need to get 200 responses to make the survey statistically viable. We only have about 25 responses as of now, but this was before I put the button on the left.

Ok.... I am hoping that this will not mess with anything but who actually likes ads? Most people just put up with ads or hate them but very few people like them as ads alone (people might like the revenue but that hardly counts as liking the ad). I dunno, if this means anything but still a big problem with surveys can be the questions.
