Time for a tin foil hat?

It depends. What are you afraid of exactly?

I spent time in a wifi zone recently. My eyes went blurry and I counldnt read large signage. I went back a few times and each time it happened. Normally I have excellent vision. Citys are now full of radiation. I thought if I could find a beanie with a titanium layer, my health may be protected from radiation.

I wear beanies a lot, girls like them on me[and it hides the grey hairs]. Cant find one with a titanium layer....

As an engineer I'm familiar with the correct science behind a faradays cage IE tin foil hat

I googled 'tin foil hat' earlier this evening

and the 3rd google hit was to a WP thread, being a thread about hats that I made a comment on.....

scary huh!

not really...I do google searches all the time and it comes up with forum topics quite a bit, It never really struck me as scary.

I guess if I'm the only one, getting my own comments on threads as first results.... I dont like speaking in front of crowds, if my comments were thrown up for the rest of the world... I dunno... that does scare me

Normally I just think a few losers like me with a cat on their lap, hair in curlers etc are all who may read my words

But when google offers them to a wider audience, I dont really like it

I'm now sublimated by the knowledge google works at a personal level, and my search results, may include my comments, though others would obtain different search results than I, maybe their own comments would appear first?

Maybe google wants us to feed our egos.....

"look!! your on the computer!! aint that cool!!"
