Now... I have to confess something. Like someone said above, it works fine if you do what it tells you to do. It was me who was careless. Today I saw another version, telling me to select all images which contain trains. The first time, which failed, was trickier. -- Mea culpa.

Right you are. I learned it 10 mins ago. -- I can live with that.

I had this just now and also on my first ever post here (have only been a member a few days). Spent about 1/2 an hour writing out a reply today, clicked submit, then got asked about some street signs and when I clicked OK on that, I just got taken back to the "post reply" page without my text. Tried the back button (that's what I did on my first post) but today all my text was gone - disappeared into the murky depths of the internet. Disappointing :(

No it does not work fine

Despite what has been claimed even if you follow the instructions exactly it will on occasion wipe out your text.

It has no seeming consistency both of what it requires and when it requires it.

It makes it harder for you if you want to have a long thoughful post.

It capthas users not spammers.

In summery it makes it much harder to communicate on this forum then for the vast majority of other forums. Ironic and just plain sad as this forum is supposed to for people with communication issues.

Today, I successfully quoted another poster, after a series of frustrated attempts at the same because of Cloudflare.
