I see it as genital mutilation.
Presumably, a major consideration was hygiene, thousands of your ago.
Things have changed making it a cultural tradition rather than a medical concern.
I disagree with the procedure on ethical grounds rather than an indication of racial discrimination.
I have Jewish friends and have a slight bias towards the Jewish community, btw.
I also never judge a person on their ethnicity.
I do consider cultural influence.
However, I consider their character, not the colour of their skin.

Posts go through a moderator filter and judgements are often dependent on their weltanschauung.
There is also give and take.
I have personally seen many examples of this.
