What makes you think that people with views and/or ideas that you happen not to like should be silenced? Thats very self-righteous of you. I personally hate censorship and unless someone is trolling its incredibly petty and Stupid.

look, all I'm saying is that I like to be safe no matter if it's in my car, on the street, at home or on the internet. If there's someone on a board I frequent who is into getting turned on by someones weaknesses or by dog penises, I want to know I'm safe just in case they happen to know how to look me up and come knocking on my door.

Let's face it, beastiephiles and predators (like those who prey on people's weaknesses) have some kind of severe personality disorder and they need to get help.

Let's say "Joe" posts something about liking to see little girls bleed. Somehow or other, I say something to upset Joe and he's got the know-how to access my IP, have a friend scan the system for my mane, address, phone number and whatnot and all of a sudden Joe's at my place carving up my baby girl.

Forgive me for wanting to keep others and myself safe.

Go ahead and call me a facist or McCarthy or whatever. I don't care
