I shoot off my mouth too much , am ruled by my emotions ( at least the ones I recognise ) and like a dog with bone on some subjects. I have been recently told I take responsibility for others and have to tame my temptation and drives - this is something I have to work on ( although almost impossible at my age with my comorbids and my life experience ).
