Thanks for the kind words - we certainly try. However, this outage is definitely a learning opportunity. I don't believe there's anything we can do to prevent something like this from happening again, however we're in the process of identifying ways that we can make improvements so that it doesn't take us nearly as long to recover from an issue like this going forward.

Thank you for keeping us in the loop. I certainly appreciate it.

I've read what had happened here in this thread, and let me just share my one cent here.

While I agree that the Imperious Dork was definitely rude when he said those, it wouldn't be fair if someone who doesn't have a moderator name-tag (or something like that) would leap and promptly shut him up. I mean, if that said mod was Warden Wolf, I don't see a moderator tag on him, so even I (and especially the fact that I'm a newbie) would get kind of confused.

No offense meant, everybody. Just sharing my thoughts.

He wasn't an active moderator. puddingmouse and Mummy_peanut are both active moderators and they do not have a moderator tag.
