Is it appropriate for a man to start a thread in Women's discussion which goes like,

^ He’s a banned member who is trolling.

This person made a personal attack on me by calling me a keyboard warrior.

Fnord says that I forced others to listen to my views. In other words he accused me of making a criminal threat without evidence of that. I never put a gun to someone's head nor did I put a knife to someone's throat.

I never said to anyone that "if you don't listen to what I say then I will kill or maim you." <<<<Where did I say anything along these lines?

I don't know who anyone is on here.

I don't know their addresses.

So, how did I force anyone to do anything?

As for the rest: I think you're reading far too much into a figure of speech, a metaphor; you weren't accused of a criminal act and neither was it libellous.
But IANAL so if you really think you have a case, consult a lawyer.

ram something down someone's throat = to insist that someone listen to or accept (something)

1. To compel or physically force one to swallow an object. I hate how doctors try to ram pills down your throat for even the tiniest of colds. The only way to get the dog to take his medication is to ram it down his throat.

2. To force, compel, or attempt to make one accept, endure, consider, or agree with or to something. I hate going to my friend's house, because her husband's always ramming political rhetoric down my throat. Look, I'm just browsing around for a car, quit trying to ram one down my throat!

If someone rams facts or opinions down your throat, they force you to listen to them and try to make you accept them. I can't understand why we're trying to ram Shakespeare down their throats when they haven't got a basic education in reading and writing. Note: Verbs such as shove, force, and cram are sometimes used instead of ram. You get religion shoved down your throat as soon as you're born in this place. I cannot force my beliefs down the throats of my staff.

Per the definition you gave then by logic then Fnord is forcing his beliefs down our throats as well.

But, here the thing. I don't really give my opinions as much as I question Fnord's opinions and his "facts."

Some people simply don't like to be questioned.

Other people don't like to have their rebuttals successfully refuted and dismissed.

People don't like all sorts of things.

I don't like caramel.

And with that, the discussion on this non-discussion thread ends. Please.
