Thanks for the tip on the noscript, Vigilans. I was playing around with it with no success. I'll do what you did.
Are you sure that wasn't my noscript tip?
Actually yes, sorry. But after I did it I could no longer access the discussion forums page. I am seriously non technical and easily confused by things like this. I now hate this toolbar even more. There's no way I am going to make things on WP public on Facebook, so it's all just a huge pointless annoyance.
You shouldn't block wrongplanet.net. Only sharethis.com and that will remove the bar, and allow you to access the discussion forum.
I have blocked:
google-analytics.com
sharethis.com
googleadservices.com
googlesyndication.com
gosquared.com
scorecardresearch.com
I do not have blocked:
google.com
quantserve.com (not sure what this is)
cloudfront.net (not sure what this is)
wrongplanet.net
Usually with noscript, it starts with everything blocked, and you have to explicitly unblock things. I usually unblock things that look relevant to the webpage I'm on until I can access the webpage properly.
The little red circle with a line through it in the lower right corner is noscript, and you have to let things through. A lot of stuff is pretty safe, but it does get rid of those annoying bars and such if you identify the correct source of said bars.
This page explains how to use noscript:

I hope it helps, and I apologize for assuming that everyone would just know what to do once they installed it.
