Early on, I forgot which forum a thread was in, and took a while to find it again.

I agree we should not make a big deal but shadexiii does have a point they should differentiate from other errors. You can check the mySQL error number to see if the tables are locked while being flushed. This is a good idea because when there genuinely is an error, people might assume it is just backing up.

ok, my web course was awhile ago; what's the mySQL error number for "just backing up"?
