Sounds like she's in love... Then again, I also got told today that I've won the Yahoo International Lottery, this time HQ'd in Thailand instead of Nigeria, but the email originated from the PRC...

I think there's a 'sticky' you can post in in this section that all the mods can see. It might be called 'how to get moderator attention when you need it' or some such. If you're not sure it's spam or you know it's a genuine member behaving badly, send a mod a private message (look at the thread called 'active moderators)

Contacting a moderator directly is your best course of action; list can be found at the top of the WrongPlanet.net forum at the bottom of the list.
