When their names appear green, does this automatically make them all mods?

I think it indicates who is a mod. People like Quatermass and Lau tend to have their names in green, as does Alex and Ed. You're referring to when their usernames are displayed at the top of the forum in the "who's viewing the forum" field, right?

But not all of those displayed in green, to my knowledge, are mods. It confuses me too, so you're not the only one.
