I noticed that several words are censored on this website and I even found out that some combinations of words are not allowed to be posted at all. While this may help to reduce the amounts of spam, some combinations are just ridiculous.

A few days ago I wrote a post in another thread and got this "forbidden" page when I tried to post it. It took me until today to figure out the reason this post couldn't get posted is because I was talking about my best friend and described her as "a lesbian" and "a woman". Apparently both words are no problem when posted seperately, but when combined you're not allowed to post what you wrote. This makes no sense whatsoever and is terribly confusing.

Maybe the parser is filtering redundancy?

The only time I changed the word censor it was for ONE word, 'ret*d' and I got shouted down in this forum and the moderators complained until THREE days later I removed it from the word censor. But this is all sorts of word combinations. Where is the protest to Alex for this ridiculous new development?

Right here - this is absolutely ridiculous, can't post half the time and still have yet to find the combination of words that is triggering it.

It seems like this site needs some PHP developers to make this forum a bit more userfriendly

100 copies of the word "SPAM" is no problem at all.

... (without the word "type") gets a "Server Error 403: Forbidden" here.

However, I presume it is now allowed in "Love & Dating", Alex, as you have posted an image containing that there.

Indeed. I don't understand how the developer of this site can be unaware of this problem. You should be able to find at least the code segment that processes this function or the database table that contains the combinations that are not allowed. I do that sort of analysis on a daily basis, so it can't be THAT hard.....
