why the ads with audio

I dont know about everyone else but these are really annoying. Especially since the same one keeps popping up

If Alex has the ability to request it, I'm sure he will consider it - but WP does not choose the ads that appear.

If you are using Firefox or Seamonkey:
Use Prefbar http://prefbar.mozdev.org/ or a similar browser add on to disable flash (will also make browsing a lot quicker) and flash can be turned on when you need it with a check-box.

I hate sudden noisy adds too.

To me I think they only exist to put people into shock or some other kind of convulsion.

And NoScript... and BetterPrivacy. I've never had a problem with ads since usually those three.

Yeah, the ads with audio are annoying. Thankfully they are also, in my experience, rare. (I've no idea if my experience matches others', but it's what I have to deal with.)
