Show age in forums?

Couldn't find information anywhere, including Edit Profile page. The Birthday page doesn't even suggest a way. I see a wide range of ages and a large number of users who remain "ageless" in the forums. I can't figure it out.

Please let me in on this.

Whoops, forgot to reply back earlier. Anyway, I am still trying to figure it out. There isn't anything like a "Display age in forums" option. I mean, there's nothing that even hints toward the discussion boards on the Birthday page. But it's no biggie, I'm just curious.

On the topic, is it possible to display my age without revealing my birthdate?

I think when you put in your birthday it just uses it to calculate and update your age. You can input it and test that out. I don't give my age so I'm not sure.

No.

Someone could watch for a year, and when they saw your age change, they would know your birth date exactly.

However, some people just give a date near their correct birth date - which means that you are not revealing your true birth date, but are giving a pretty accurate indication of your age.
