I am trying to send a PM now, and am being given the message "Sorry, but no such user exists.".
The user does exist. What is the problem?

Who are you trying to send it too?

Maybe that account got deleted and you don't know it. My old accounts got deleted and my husband's.

I just sent myself a PM and it worked but sending it to my old username I got the same message.

Could you be typing in the username wrong?

No, he hasn't been deleted; I'm looking at his posts now. I clicked the "reply"button from his PM to reply, so it's not a typing issue. Thanks for the suggestions.

I'm trying again now.

Edit: same problem.

Second edit: sent one to League Girl; no problems.

Third edit: Disabling smilies got a successful preview, which didn't happen before, but still the same problem with actually sending. This sucks. :(

Fourth edit: tried removing some picture links in case the size of the message was too big; same problem.
