Hey Alex,

May I please have my ability to edit my own posts back? I have also heard a bunch of other complaints about this because people really like to be able to edit what they've said. For me, I need to edit out my picture in the Member's Pictures thread. Or if you (or someone else who still has their moderating capabilities) could do this for me ASAP, it would be fine.

You're still allowed to edit your posts. After a few days, however, for obvious reasons, you can't edit them anymore.

Then I wouldn't be able to edit out my pictures on various places on this site either because I posted them ages ago.

Is there any way we could send you ro whatever mods still exist links to places we put up photos of ourselves for them to delete?

Hmm, the sucky thing is people have quoted my photos as well...

Same story here. I need to have my picture deleted for personal reasons or at least just have the text link posted. As for editing posts in general, all the other forums I've been on allow people to edit their posts whenever they want...

hmm maybe this wasn't as good of an idea as i thought. I just decided to code that last night.

Yeah, I'll try to get something set up to facilitate that.

You could probably just patch the "quote" code to strip out all img/url tags.
