Custom rank?

Hi--I clicked on the "Change Custom Rank" link on my "Edit Profile" page, and it took me to my Avatar page instead (which is fine as it is).

Do you need a certain number of posts before you can change your Custom Rank? How many?

I didn't know there was a custom rank thing. I'm not even half way there yet but for when I get there; Is it something that we can type in ourselves? Are there any guidelines we have to fallow with it?
