Help with time zone

I'm new here, and I just have 1 question. My time zone is screwed up, how do I change it and what do I change it too? I live in Central Standard Time.

go to My Account
go to Edit profile

go all the way down to the Save Profile button
go back up the list
Password
Extra Info
Signature
Forums Date format
and there! is Forums Timezone

for Central time it would be GMT + 6 hours

click "Save Profile Changes" and bask in the glory of having everything on your time.
