Is anyone else bothered by the fact that all the ads are for learning disability whatever and therapy for autism? Maybe if we could control our own ads, we could either help people's blogs out or get people to click on other truthful autism-related links.

I think its to do with google adsense, it will select any ad with certain words associated with the website, like a car site will only show ad's relating to cars and so on.
Those ads are annoying but they are needed for site revenue
