What is up with that dang noise?

Every once in a while, I get a cacophony of various sounds. Mostly drums. I searched the page for ads, didn't find anything.

I heard some strange noises earlier as well. I am quite sure these are ads, just they are towards the bottom most of the time, without moving graphics. They have what seems like an option on the bottom of the ads to turn down noise, but I'm thinking if you click that, you will probably also be opening up a pop up ad... So yea, simple annoying ads...
