There seems to be a new ad popping up. This one is worse than the bouncing kid or the pill spitting child. This one has booming drums, weird kissing sounds, someone distractedly calling for cameras. This is the kind of ad I can't stand. I can't stand unwanted sounds coming from anything. Especially from ads that I don't care about.

What's funny about those kinds of ads is that they make me want to boycott their companies.

This is why I keep my speakers OFF when browsing WP or any forum that has ads. Speakers off = you hear nothing of the ads. Most speakers have an off switch, unless they're cheap or you have a laptop, and if your speakers are built into your laptop there should be a way to turn them off on a control panel. Honestly, I only turn my speakers on when there's a video I want to watch. I HATE sound you can't turn off, unless it's to turn off your speakers.
