Hacking Other WP Users' Accounts

Is this OK? Can I hijack another user's account and make offensive posts impersonating them? Can I use WP as a venue for finding identity theft targets?

This is cool, right? Just wait like a month or so? Say I was sorry? Insist I was just bored and wouldn't do it again?

No it is not ok. If someone is doing this then please tell me and I'll boot them off WP again.

Uh no it's not okay. Hacking isn't okay on any websites nor finding victims to use as identify theft. It's even stated in the rules here, no impersonations.

If you want to impersonate, do it at I2. It's allowed there (creating your own account). People who have done impersonations there is all funny because we make it hilarious. We pretend to be that user just for laughs and some members have fallen for it. On time a member here impersonated Temple Grandin there just to mess with this one user since she always seems to fall for this stuff. Then she impersonated my friend and I thought it was her but she told me it's someone else. This person impersonated my friend because she knew that person had issues with my friend so she impersonated her to mess with her. But impersonations doesn't happen there very often.
