god why isn't my avator showing

I keep trying to get my avator to show but it shows on my home page here but it won't show in my profile or posts I make.

I changed it to one of those avatars that was on here from the gallary and it's still not showing. I picked the TMNT one. Can anyone see it? I sure can't.
