Can someon please exsplain why I have this bar meter?

Can someone please explain the bar meter over my avatar and why I am referred to a "Tufted Titmouse"?

It relates to the number of posts you have, more posts will increase your bar and the sayings will change as you get more posts in. Once you reach 1000 posts, you can decide what the saying under your name will say.

Tufted titmouses are actually pretty cute. :)
