I don't know what GMT is, nor which + or - would equal my time zone. How do I find out?

GMT is Greenwich Mean Time, or the time in London.

Nevermind, I just figured it out. I had to subtract, not add. Mine is set right now, but there might be some people who want an answer still.

This is the simplest web site I know of to find your plus or minus time:

Just Shift-Click on the map close to where you live, and it'll open a little window with all the info you need.

(UTC offset is the number you want for Wrong Planet)
