I would really like help using the chat room. Who is in charged of the chat room on here? I am trying to go into the chat room, but I keep getting a Java error. What does that mean? I already have Java installed on my computer, so I don't know why I can't get into the chat room. Also, when I was in the chat room before I saw a lot of stuff under someone nic when I right click it. What do all those things mean under people's nics when you right click their nics? I would really like to go to the chat room so that I can chat with other people with Asperger's and autism, but I really need help with the chat room. Are there moderaters incharged of the chat room? Who are the moderaters that are incharged of the chat room?

The wrongplanet chat room is based on IRC - so if you can't get the java chat to work, you can always download an IRC client and connect that way. Connect to irc.freenode.net and join #wrongplanet

I also need help with the chat rooms. I cannot get on at all. Is it even friendly for Apple users? I use an iPad most of the time, but when I couldn't get on I got on my laptop (Macintosh) but still could not get on. If Apple devices are not currently compatible, when will they be, or could you please create a way? I really want to use the chat rooms also so I may talk to people in real time and not feel so alone. Thanks

Not working here either on Windows, just to let people of higher authority know. Apparently there is an error on startup.

I installed mIRC, and have no idea how to use this program. Any help?

IRC ("Internet Relay Chat") is a standard protocol for real-time Internet text messaging and is capable of being supported by any platform.
Unfortunately how well it's supported can and probably does vary between platforms and the applications used.
