No email updates

so i thought people on wrongplanet have stopped responding
but i cross checked i am not getting email alerts
though i have ticked yes in the option box
please do something about it
i wont get update of this thread also

They're currently working fine, and I've not seen a problem with them for some time now.
I believe I PM'd you about this issue when you raised it a while ago but I don't think you responded.

There are two options in your profile to check:
"Always notify me of replies" and "Notify on new Private Message by Email."

Another thing to check is that the update alerts aren't being swallowed by any spam-trapping you have active - this is sometimes provided as a service by your mail system or ISP, as opposed to something set up on your computer.
If there is such a system, it should be configured to allow incoming mail from [email protected]

i checked the spam folder
i have ticked yes for email updates and daily updates
but still no mails

When you create a new post, is the "Notify me when a reply is posted" option underneath the edit window selected? I expect it will be because I think it just reflects the default option in the profile.

Do you have control over your own spam filtering - I mean, are you able to tell it about addresses which should always be passed through as not being spam?
If you are able to do that it's worth specifically telling it to allow mail from [email protected] if only so we can be absolutely certain about it.

Have update/PM alert mails ever arrived for you?

ok i will add the website email to spam filter and let you know
as of now i dont see any updates from this site in the spam so...........
