Help - emails sent problem

Since yesterday, the PMs I've sent won't move out of my outbox (unread) after I've gone in and read them. As I didn't get a reply to them yet, I'm not even sure if they are sending OK. You know how the flag thing at the side is green until you've read a message and it goes white once you've read it, well once I've read them (and I've tried multiple times, as well as trying on a different browser and logging out and back in again) they stay with a green flag and don't move to the (read) box. Is this a known glitch? What's happening?

PMs stay in your outbox until the recipient reads them, then they move to your sent items box.

Ah, thank you. Before yesterday in that case, there has been a highly weird case of synchronicity going on, because every time I read an unread green flagged message it immediately went to white flag and into the (read) box...(X Files tune...)
