Forum lagging?

Sometimes I'll visit the webpage and it shows the most recent posts from many hours ago as opposed to the most current posts. Perhaps this is my web browser, I'm using IE and it is full of bugs/glitches, however the problem I'm talking about now just began happening two days ago. It keeps happening over and over so I thought I would make a post about it.

Well, I am using Firefox and at first I couldn't get on at all, then pages wouldn't load for me. It seems better for now.
