Disable all email notifications?

When I first joined, I would check the box to receive an email notification on almost all posts I submitted, but now I only pay attention to the recent stuff and having my email filling up with new replies to old threads has become problematic. Is there a way to disable all email notifications without doing so post by post? If not, could Alex or somebody make a way?

"Always notify me of replies:" in your profile doesn't do it?

Ive never had "Always notify me of replies" enabled. I'll try enabling it and disabling it though and see if that works.

There's no feature for that on the boards but they're gone for now
