Thread dates wrong / "Latest post by" broken

Hey

I didn't really know if this is appropriate for the moderator thread cause I know I am not a good judge of where to post places however in this thread,

It says the last post was made by momsparky at 7:23 am 03/07/16 on the index page. However in the thread, r2d2 is the last poster on 9:55 am 07/18/14. I think you guys are having a time stamp issue, but that still doesn't explain how momsparky's post disappeared and why this thread was bumped up.

Am I seriously the only person that notices these little small errors on the site? Should I create my own thread and just be a beta tester cause I notice more than a few bugs on here.
