Need some technical help attaching a permanent signature

Could someone please tell me (in plain English) how to attach a signature bottom line of permanent text to be shown in all of my posts?

Go to "My Account" (upper right corner)

Go to "Edit profile" (left part of the screen)

Scroll down to "Signature" and put the text you want as signature into the box.

Then click "Save profile changes".

And when you post, make sure "Attach signature (signatures can be changed in profile)" in the "post a reply window" above the submit button is marked. (It should be by default)
