This is incredibly frustrating and the upgrade has failed to make any change.
Anytime I try to load a page on here I have to deal with 30 seconds to several minutes of my browser (Firefox, current release) freezing. No other site has ever given me this grief.

Does anyone know what is causing it?
Does anyone know of any means to resolve the problem from my end?
Does a means exist to correct the situation permanently?

I'd hate to have to stop posting here but the frustration of dealing with this outweighs any joy I get from posting here.

I had this problem for months on end on my last PC, I never did find a fix though it must be possible, since I'm using Firefox for WP just fine on my new PC.

It's hard to say what's causing it, though my main guesses would be an add-on or some JavaScript that or a combination of the two. Try disabling all add-ons and see if it's better. Also try a different browser, eg. Chrome.

Honestly, I'd rather just not visit here than have to install Chrome or Internet Explorer. :?

That is why I have 3 browsers installed, because there is often a website does not "play well? with certain browsers..
