don't know.
the link at the top of the page (the logo) doesn't work on the first try, but after playing with it for a while i found i could get in by entering three different options in the drop-down box (besides the defaults of "diagnosed"), selecting the box for all three, and clicking refresh.

when i tried that right now i only had to refresh once for the page to be visible. took me a few tries beforehand.

have you tried that?
