Permanent banning?

Just a few minutes ago I just received a message I was permanently banned from the board and I tried sending an email to the email address provided asking why, but it came back saying that the provided email address didn't exist. I then clicked the "Forums" button and found I was able to post again.

What happened?

That was a glitch, I only banned one spammer today, nobody else was banned today. I don't know why this happens :scratch:

Same happened with me and then I was able to see the board again.

Same thing happened to me, so might be some sort of error....I just about freaked out though so hopefully they can get that fixed before it really does ruin someones day if they don't realize its just an error. Luckily I instantly thought there is no way I could be banned as I've never even got a warning for breaking any site rules so it made no sense and I figured it was an error, but otherwise I was ready to email and figure out what the hell I'd be banned for.

Same for me on the 13th of January. I'm not sure what I've done or whether it was a glitch. :/ It said my IP address was banned?

Yeah, I got the same thing a sec ago, and am pretty sure I haven't banned my own IP.

no no no :lol: I banned HIM! :P As he requested since he's on vacation till 25th this month :)
