Does it notify someone if you add them as a friend or foe?

i don't think so - but just to be sure, I added you as a friend.

I guess you haven't been notified, right?

Nope, it didn't. As far as I can tell, it doesn't change anything when you add someone as a friend either. I haven't seen any of the friend's posts highlighted or anything on the forum. I added a couple people who I like to post with and checked on some threads and on the list of threads as well, and there is nothing that makes their posts stand out from anyone else's. What exactly is it supposed to do differently?

I thought about adding some as foes but I'm too curious to do that, and plus there are a hand full of people on here that I don't like but I usually read their posts because they are so damn weird. I know thats horrible but I'd probably add them as friends too so the thread would be highlighted or something and I'd know to check it out and see what weirdness they add to it.

Is this feature not working yet, or am I just not seeing what it's supposed to be doing? Is it showing my posts any differently for you?

No, not at all. It just lets me know when you're online and when not.

The "friend" function, as far as I've ever been able to tell, is there so you can compile a list of users you like for other people to judge you by, and to strengthen relationships with other users.

The "foe" function should hide posts by that user, but doesn't currently work. Hopefully fixing it is a priority.
