Now, the guy who posted the hitler thread talks about 8chan. Either he's ret*d, or he's from somewhere else and he's trying to lay the blame on 8chan.
I created a custom google search engine to search all of both http://www.8ch.net and http://www.4chan.org .

I would guess that they are from another chan. They probably aren't from Reddit.
Only two posts is a good thing... there probably aren't many people in on the raid. Because of my search engine, we can make a reasonable guess that they aren't from 8chan or halfchan.
The best thing to do at this point is ban the users who created the troll posts above and then don't respond at all to any other troll posts that may pop up. There's really nothing we can do to stop the raid- I can't even find the originating thread.
I would strongly recommend not replying AT ALL to troll posts. Admittedly I have participated in twitch raids in the past... so I kind of have their perspective. The will get bored and leave if we don't reply to their threads. Banning their accounts will help too as it's a hassle to make throwaways.":
