It keeps saying im permanently IP banned for 'spam', yet ive never done such thing.
The site doesnt work on the www. or dev. domains and now this one is on and off.
Id at least like to know why, because the only reason I can think of is I had a controversial opinion that wasn't 'acceptable'? I didnt break any rules.. I dont know who i can contact about this though.

Do you use TOR browser? This might be the reason your IP address was snagged. More likely, your Internet provider changed your address. This happens unnoticeably with most providers. To change your address manually, try unplugging your router box (not the modem, but the bigger box located nearby; though some modems are routers), waiting about 60 seconds and plugging it back in. Your provider's server will see this as a new address and assign the new address instantly. Another quick fix, if you have and use a WiFi box between the router/modem and your computer, is to unplug the WiFi box for about 60 seconds, and plugging it back in. The same response from your provider will occur and change the address.

I just checked, and even though you have a set of at least 10 changing IP address none match the banned IP addresses. It should be some kind of glitch. I got that once as well, and I'm pretty sure I haven't IP banned myself during last few months. :)

That IP isn't among banned IP addresses from what I could have seen.

That's cloudflare blocking you. Let me know if it continues and I will investigate it further.
